Promoting your event on Amber Sport is completely free. Our goal is to help sports organizations gain more visibility and reach a larger audience without any cost.

Events must be sports-related, including tournaments, training camps, charity matches, or fitness programs. Non-sporting events will not be approved.

Each event will include a link provided by you. Visitors interested in joining your event will be redirected to your official website, registration form, or any other page you choose for participant sign-up.

Provide clear and complete event details: location, dates, registration links, and contact information. Inaccurate or missing data may delay publication.

Include at least one high-quality promotional image or poster of your event. You must have rights or permission to use all media submitted.

Describe your event in 100–300 words. Highlight the purpose, activities, and who can participate. Keep it engaging and informative.

Maintain a professional and inclusive tone. Avoid discriminatory or offensive language. Write clearly to attract participants and sponsors.

All event submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before being published. We may adjust formatting or text to ensure clarity and consistency.

You can promote both free and paid events. If your event has an entry fee, specify this clearly in your description.

Our team may contact you for clarification or additional materials. Please respond promptly to ensure your event is published on time.

You retain all rights to your event materials. By submitting, you grant Amber Sport permission to publish and promote your event across our channels.

If any event details change after submission (such as date, venue, or contact info), you may contact us anytime to update your listing.
