Add Locations of Your Organization

Add and manage all the physical places where your sports organization operates. Locations can include stadiums, sports fields, gyms, or offices used for activities, training sessions, and events. Defining locations ensures accurate scheduling and easier coordination for staff, athletes, and parents.


Instructions:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Locations.

  2. Click Add Location.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Name: Enter the name of the location (e.g., Zelia StadiumTraining Field 2Main Office).

    • Address: Provide the complete address of the facility.

    • Field Number: Specify the field or court number if your facility has multiple areas.

    • Field Dimensions: Enter the field dimensions (e.g., 100m x 60m) — useful for planning matches or age-category sessions.

    • Link: Add a Google Maps or map link to make navigation easy for everyone.

  4. Click Save to add the new location to your system.

Example:

  • Name: Zelia Sports Complex

  • Address: Rr. Dritan Hoxha, Tirana

  • Field Number: Field 1

  • Field Dimensions: 105m x 68m

  • Link: [Google Maps Link]
