Add and manage all the physical places where your sports organization operates. Locations can include stadiums, sports fields, gyms, or offices used for activities, training sessions, and events. Defining locations ensures accurate scheduling and easier coordination for staff, athletes, and parents.

Instructions:
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Locations.
Click Add Location.
Fill in the following fields:
Name: Enter the name of the location (e.g., Zelia Stadium, Training Field 2, Main Office).
Address: Provide the complete address of the facility.
Field Number: Specify the field or court number if your facility has multiple areas.
Field Dimensions: Enter the field dimensions (e.g., 100m x 60m) — useful for planning matches or age-category sessions.
Link: Add a Google Maps or map link to make navigation easy for everyone.
Click Save to add the new location to your system.
Example:
Name: Zelia Sports Complex
Address: Rr. Dritan Hoxha, Tirana
Field Number: Field 1
Field Dimensions: 105m x 68m
Link: [Google Maps Link]
Tips
Use clear and distinct names for each location (e.g., Zelia Field 1 vs Zelia Field 2).
If your organization operates in multiple venues, register them all for better event and training management.
Adding a map link helps parents and athletes easily reach the correct facility.
Update locations regularly as your organization grows or changes facilities.
