Personalize the platform to reflect your organization’s branding. Customizing logos, backgrounds, and colors helps create a professional and recognizable appearance for staff, athletes, and parents.


Instructions:
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Customize.
Upload your organization’s logos and background images:
Primary Logo:
This logo appears at the top of the platform menu.
Recommended format: PNG
Minimum dimensions: 500x150 px
Maximum file size: 512 KB
Square Logo:
This logo appears when the platform menu is collapsed and is also used as the favicon.
Recommended format: PNG
Minimum dimensions: 250x250 px
Maximum file size: 512 KB
Login/Register Logo:
This logo is shown on the login and registration pages. You may choose a logo that contrasts with the background (e.g., white or lighter version) or reuse the primary logo.
Recommended format: PNG
Minimum dimensions: 500x150 px
Maximum file size: 512 KB
Login/Register Background:
Upload a background image that represents your organization, such as a team photo, a trophy, or an event, to make the login page more appealing.
Recommended format: PNG
Minimum dimensions: 1920x1080 px
Maximum file size: 1024 KB (1 MB)
Choose your Primary Color (HEX):
- Pick a color using the palette or type in the HEX code directly.
- This color will be used for buttons, links, and other interactive elements across the platform, so it’s important to choose one that matches your brand.
- If your color is light, try a darker shade for better visibility. This way, text and links will always be clear and easy to read.
Tips
Use high-quality images for a professional look.
Ensure logos are clear and recognizable, even in small sizes.
Choose a primary color that matches your branding for consistency.
Background images on login/register pages should be visually appealing and not obstruct text readability.
