Create and manage your sports organization’s seasons. Each season defines the start and end dates for competitions, training periods, and other activities. Proper season management helps keep records separate and avoids confusion between current and past seasons.
You can create seasons based on the specific sport model (e.g., annual football season) or based on your organization’s unique needs.
For example, you may set up a short 3-month season dedicated to a summer sports camp, where you accept registrations only for that period, even if the camp itself lasts just one week. This flexibility ensures the platform adapts to every project, program, or event you manage.
Instructions:
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Seasons.
Click Add New Season.
Fill in the required fields:
Season Name: Give a descriptive name (e.g., 2025/2026 Football Season).
Start Date: Select the date the season begins.
End Date: Select the date the season ends.
Click Save to create the season.
Once a season ends, you can create a new season. This ensures accounts, activities, and reports from the old season remain separate from the new one.
Example:
Season Name: 2025/2026 Football Season
Start Date: 01/09/2025
End Date: 31/08/2026
Tips
Name seasons clearly to avoid confusion (e.g., include year and sport).
Always set accurate start and end dates.
Creating a new season after the previous one ends prevents mixing old and new season data.
Keep a record of past seasons for reference and reporting.
