General Settings

Set up your organization’s basic information. These details will be publicly visible on your platform profile. Proper configuration ensures accurate contact info, time settings, and organization details for all users.


Instructions:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > General Settings.

  2. Complete the following fields:

  • Company Name: Official name of your organization.

  • Tax Number: Required for legal and billing purposes.

  • SDI Code: Needed for official invoicing in some countries.

  • Founded Year: The year your organization was established.

  • Category: Select the type of organization: Club, Academy, Association, School, or Other.

  • Sport: Choose your primary sport, example: Football, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, etc.

  • Timezone: Select your organization’s UTC offset.

  • Date Format: Choose how dates appear: Y-m-d or d-m-Y.

  • Date Time Format: Choose how dates and times appear: Y-m-d H:i:s.

  • Default Language: Select the main language for your organization on the platform.

  • Email & Phone Number: Main contact information for your organization.

  • Country, State, City, ZIP Code, Address: Physical location details for public display.
