Set up your organization’s basic information. These details will be publicly visible on your platform profile. Proper configuration ensures accurate contact info, time settings, and organization details for all users.
Instructions:
Go to Dashboard > Settings > General Settings.
Complete the following fields:
Company Name: Official name of your organization.
Tax Number: Required for legal and billing purposes.
SDI Code: Needed for official invoicing in some countries.
Founded Year: The year your organization was established.
Category: Select the type of organization: Club, Academy, Association, School, or Other.
Sport: Choose your primary sport, example: Football, Basketball, Baseball, Hockey, etc.
Timezone: Select your organization’s UTC offset.
Date Format: Choose how dates appear: Y-m-d or d-m-Y.
Date Time Format: Choose how dates and times appear: Y-m-d H:i:s.
Default Language: Select the main language for your organization on the platform.
Email & Phone Number: Main contact information for your organization.
Country, State, City, ZIP Code, Address: Physical location details for public display.
English (United Kingdom), Français (France), Deutsch (Germany), Español (Spain), Italiano (Italy), Português (Portugal), Shqip (Albania), Ελληνικά (Greece), Nederlands (Netherlands), Oʻzbekcha (Uzbekistan), 中文 (China), العربية (Arabic countries), 日本語 (Japan), Русский (Russia), Türkçe (Turkey).
If your country’s language is not listed, contact the Amber Sport support team. We can develop and integrate your requested language within one month for clients with an active monthly/yearly subscription.
Languages settings
Language settings allow each organization to define its default working language, while individual users can personalize their own interface without affecting others.
Each user can select their preferred language from their profile. This choice only changes their own interface and doesn’t impact the organization’s default or other users’ settings.
Tips
Double-check all information before saving to ensure accuracy.
Public information (Company Name, Category, Sport, Address, Email, Phone) will be visible to all users.
Accurate timezone and date/time formats prevent confusion with schedules and events.
Keep your contact details updated to allow parents, athletes, and staff to reach your organization easily.
