Forgetting your password can happen to anyone, but recovering access to your Amber Sport account is simple, fast, and secure. The password recovery process ensures that only authorized users can restore access, keeping your organization’s data safe at all times.
Access the Login Page
Visit your organization’s login portal: [your-domain].amber-sport.com
Click “Forgot Password” below the login form to start the recovery process.
Example:
Enter Your Registered Email Address
Type the email address linked to your Amber Sport account.
This address will receive a secure password reset code and instructions.
Click Send Reset Code to continue.

Check Your Email for the Reset Code
Within a few minutes, you’ll receive an email from Amber Sport (customer.service@amber-sport.com).

If you don’t see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Enter the Reset Code and Create a New Password
Go back to your organization’s portal and fill in the form using the code received by email.

Create a new, secure password, use at least 8 characters, including uppercase letters, numbers, and a special symbol. Then, click Reset Password to confirm.
Log In with Your New Password
After successfully resetting your password, you’ll be redirected to the login page.
Log in again using your new credentials to access your Amber Sport platform.

If your organization’s domain is academy.amber-sport.com, follow these steps:
Visit e.g. academy.amber-sport.com
Click Forgot Password
Enter your registered email (e.g., coach.john@academy-website.com)
Open your inbox and use the reset code
Set a new password (e.g., Amber2025!)
Security Recommendations
Always use a unique and strong password.
Avoid reusing passwords from other websites.
Log out of all active sessions after changing your password.
Keep your registered email up to date to ensure smooth recovery.
Important
If you are unable to receive the password reset email, please contact your organization administrator to verify whether the email address associated with your account is correct.
It’s possible that the email address on file does not match the one you provided or was never entered.
If you already have an active account but still cannot log in, please reach out to your administrator or IT department to safely regain access to your profile.
