Organize Your Organization’s Structure

Set up the organizational structure of your sports organization by creating departments. Departments help assign responsibilities, organize staff roles, and manage activities efficiently. Typical departments may include Technical, Finance, Administration, or any other division specific to your organization.


Instructions:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Settings > Departments.

  2. Click Add New Department.

  3. Fill in the required fields:

    • Department Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name (e.g., Technical DepartmentFinance Department).

    • Description (optional): Add notes about the department’s responsibilities or team members.

  4. Click Save to create the department.

Example:

  • Department Name: Technical Department

  • Description: Responsible for managing coaches, training sessions, and athlete performance.

  • Department Name: Finance Department

  • Description: Handles all financial transactions, invoices, and accounts.

  • Department Name: Administration Department

  • Description: Manages staff, parent communication, and organizational logistics.
