Set up the organizational structure of your sports organization by creating departments. Departments help assign responsibilities, organize staff roles, and manage activities efficiently. Typical departments may include Technical, Finance, Administration, or any other division specific to your organization.

Instructions:
Go to Dashboard > Settings > Departments.
Click Add New Department.
Fill in the required fields:
Department Name: Enter a clear and descriptive name (e.g., Technical Department, Finance Department).
Description (optional): Add notes about the department’s responsibilities or team members.
Click Save to create the department.
Example:
Department Name: Technical Department
Description: Responsible for managing coaches, training sessions, and athlete performance.
Department Name: Finance Department
Description: Handles all financial transactions, invoices, and accounts.
Department Name: Administration Department
Description: Manages staff, parent communication, and organizational logistics.
Tips
Use clear and distinct names for each department to avoid confusion.
You can create as many departments as your organization needs.
Departments can later be linked to roles and staff members to manage permissions and responsibilities efficiently.
Keeping your departments well-organized improves coordination and reporting.
