Two-Factor Authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Amber Sport account by requiring a verification code from an authenticator app, in addition to your password.
This helps prevent unauthorized access, even if your password is compromised.
We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to keep your personal and organizational data secure.
Instructions
Log in to your platform at [your-domain].amber-sport.com.
Click your profile icon in the top-left corner.
Select Account → Security.
Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication.
Scan the QR code using an authenticator app (e.g., Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator).
Enter the 6-digit verification code generated by your app.
Click Verify & Enable to complete activation.
Once 2FA is enabled, you’ll need to enter a new 6-digit code from your authenticator app every time you log in.

Disabling Two-Factor Authentication
If you need to disable 2FA temporarily:
Go to Account → Security.
Click Disable Two-Factor Authentication.
Confirm your password to proceed.
Tip
Keep your backup codes in a secure location. They can be used to regain access if you lose your authenticator device.
Important
If you lose access to both your authenticator app and backup codes, you will not be able to log in.
