Learn how to log in and understand the differences between user types.

Instructions:

1. To log in, go to your organization’s platform at: [your-domain].amber-sport.com.

2. Only users who have an account created at [your-domain].amber-sport.com can log in.

3. The organization that created the account will provide login details to staff, athletes, and parents.

   • Once a staff member, parent, or athlete is registered and an email address is assigned, each user will receive an email to  set their own password.

     • This ensures that  no one else, including the sports organization or Amber Sport, has access to the account.

4. Athletes under the allowed age must obtain their account  with parental consent.

   • Amber Sport is  not responsible for accounts of underage athletes; responsibility lies with the sports organization.

5. Select your user type:

   • Staff: Can manage activities, athletes, teams, and organization settings based on assigned privileges.

   • Parent: Can monitor their child’s activities, progress, and schedule, even if they have two or more children in the organization.

   • Athlete: Can view personal information, schedules, and progress.

6. Enter your  email and  password, then click  Login.
